Colorado Springs-based Organization Recognized for Making a Difference With a Variety of Community Services
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colorado, May 7, 2007 . IntelliClear today announced the selection of Colorado Springs-based Springs Rescue Mission as the 2006 recipient of its annual Clarity Trust donation. Under the yearly program, IntelliClear contributes 1% of its corporate profits to an outstanding non-profit, charitable organization as part of an on-going corporate commitment to supporting communities across the globe.
"IntelliClear had another profitable year and it.s a privilege to have the opportunity to recognize the excellent efforts of the Springs Rescue Mission in serving the needy of its community," says Eric Shuster, Founder and CEO of IntelliClear. "We believe if every corporation, large and small, stepped up to making a modest contribution of 1% of its corporate profits, collectively we could make a real difference in the lives of people all over the world."
"Because like so many other charitable foundations that do not accept government subsidies, our organization could not do the work we do without the support of countless individuals and organizations who give freely of their time and money in the service of others," says Joe Vasquez, Executive Director of the Springs Rescue Mission. "The Clarity Trust donation from IntelliClear is much appreciated and provides a positive framework for companies of all sizes in helping communities help themselves."
This is the third award of the Clarity Trust by IntelliClear, with previous recipients being Northwest Assistance Ministries of Houston Texas in 2004 and the Red Cross in 2005.
