Gift In Kind Donations
What is "gift in kind"?Gift in kind (GIK) means tangible items (not money). Which items are accepted?We welcome a variety of new and used donations including food (perishable and non-perishable), housewares, small and large appliances, furniture, vehicles Please donate only items of serviceable quality: only such items can be passed on to our clients. Please do not include damaged items with your GIK donations. (There is a cost associated with throwing away badly damaged food, clothing, and furniture. Broken computer equipment is especially expensive to dispose.) We also accept stocks, bonds, annuities, life insurance, and real estate. For
