Brad Baker brings more than 25 years of ministry leadership to his role as Vice President of Program Operations at Springs Rescue Mission. Since 2013, Brad has served as an Executive Pastor in Colorado Springs, leading local and global outreach efforts that turned compassion into action. He holds a Master of Ministry Leadership from Rockbridge Seminary and a Bachelor of Arts in Pastoral Ministry from Oral Roberts University. Faith sits at the center of who Brad is, and he considers it a privilege to bring his life's calling to SRM's work of restoring hope and dignity to vulnerable neighbors.
