Greg was a guest last year. This year, he's giving back. When most guests of the Mission leave, we do not hear from them again. However, this month we were blessed when a previous guest stopped by to give us an update on how he is doing. He also wanted to thank us for helping him get back on his feet.Last year Greg* fell on hard times and had nowhere to turn, so he was referred to Springs Rescue Mission. He used his time at the Mission to return to college and finish a program in Heating, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration Technology. Greg was so excited to have a full-time HVAC job in Denver making over $30 per hour! He says he could never have done it without the encouragement of the SRM staff. None of this would have been possible without your support, and because of your generosity, his needs were cared for during the darkest time of his life.It was important to Greg to come in and personally thank volunteers and neighbors like you for helping him overcome a dark time in his life. Now that Greg is in a place where he's comfortable, he wants to give back to the Mission and help others who face a similar struggle.*name changed to protect privacy
